Ordering On-line

I am wondering if ordering online is OK to do. I have heard horror stories and wondering if I order Cathe tapes if it would be safe.

Cathe has the best customer service I've seen yet on-line. You can order with confidence, they usually ship within 24hours.

I ordered 6 tapes from Cathe at 12:40 p.m. on a Tuesday and I got them at 1:05 p.m. on Thursday. I don't think I've ever had better delivery service than that! I'm still trying to figure out how they got them shipped out so quickly.

Absolutely! Everytime I've ever ordered it's been not only a safe transaction but a speedy one! Fortunately I live in PA so when I order, I usually have my videos the next day or second day. And the customer service is wonderful!

A good rule of thumb when ordering online is to check that the website url changes from http:// to https:// when you are actually ordering and that there is a little picture of a closed lock at the bottom bar of the website window (usually the bottom right hand corner). These two things mean it is a secure website. Cathe's page is secure.

I order a lot of things online (mostly fitness) and never had any problems. I have to agree with everone though that Cathe's site is has one of the best customer services and quick delivery. I also usually get mine in a few days but I live in New York.

Hi Rhonda,
I order Cathe's tapes from a video distributor and have also ordered several other tapes and books over the past couple of years and have always had excellent service, received what I ordered and a quick turn around time.

Just be sure to look for the 'lock' symbol at the bottom right corner to be sure it's a secure site - especially when giving out credit card numbers.
