ordering new series

Hi SNM-

Last week I ordered the new Intensity Series and in the comments I added on that I would like to also get the CTX upper Body video. However, when ordering the new videos in VHS format there doesn't seem to be a place that allows you to add to that order. Is there? And if so, do we save anything on shipping?
