I caved to the sale!!! I always see reviews how fun SB is, don't have a whole lot of interest in SJP -circuits aren't a favorite. I have a feeling though, that I'll fall in love w/ SJP as well. Cathe hasn't disappointed me yet. Now waiting for the mailman, and praying for the coordination to learn a new step routine. The first couple run throughs are always amusing :p:eek:

I love the first combo in SB. I think it's a Prince song (I wanna be your lover). The music is so much fun. When I first taped it off Fit TV I did not have the endurance to keep up. Lots of marching in place. Now I can keep up with her and absolutely love it. Wait til you get to the challenge.....

The nice thing about this one is SB is broken down in the premixes so you can learn it slowly and its not that complicated and alot of fun. SJP has a premix where you can just do the step part its about 26min and its easy to learn, I don't really like the hi/lo stuff.

GREAT premixes on the SJP/SB as well!!!

Yes, there is!!! I did the 90 min cardio from both of them yesterday. That was fun, and challenging. I had a bit of problem with the foot work in SB the 1st time I did it, but its not so bad now. This was a good purchase.

I tried SB for the 1st time this week. I did the premix with combos 1,2,3 only. Let's just say it's gonna take some practice to get those steps down. But I agree, it's a fun workout and I look forward to working at it so I can do it confidently start to finish. I normally try to do all the premixes before I attempt to put it all together. I'll just have to try it a couple more times "slowly" to learn the steps. If memory serves me correct, combo 1 and 3 weren't bad but combo 2 messed me right up!!!
I don't think I'm ready to try SJP yet but I may look into the step only premix on it.
