Ordered BFFM - Couldn't get the download

Yesterday I ordered the BFFM e-book. Got my username and password. Typed that into the Login page and .... NOTHING. It keeps coming up with an error message. I've emailed the author telling him about the problem. This is really frustrating especially if they've already charged the credit card. Anyone else have this problem??

This is an all too common occurence with Tom Venuto's online set up. The same happened to me as well as a couple of other people recently.

Basically you have to be persisitent via both the e-mail venue and also by calling their customer service #, which I believe is listed somewhere on the website.

Hang in there, despite this frustration you will love the wealth of information you will soon receive.

Now the only page on the website I can get is the home page and the customer service email page. When I click on FAQ or anything else the page comes up blank and the message at the bottom is Database Error. Server Error ETC... I can't find an actual phone number. Do you still have that? How long did it take them to clear it up and you got the download?

I had problems as well getting the e-book. It took over a week. I am loving the book - I am glad I waited.
I went to the website to look for the number for you and couldn't find one. I did go to customer service and their email comes up - I would keep emailing them on that page and also Tom V's email. When I went to the FAQ page I also received an error - so they may be having problems today. Good Luck!

Were you able to donwload Tom Venuto's e-book? I was going to download it myself this weekend but hesitated due to the difficulty you experienced.

I haven't tried since Friday. Still waiting on email response from them to tell me what the problem is. I'm going to download it at my work since we have DSL there and only dialup here at home. I'm going to try and check my work email from this computer to see if they've responded yet.
