Order online/phone/mail??

I just seem to be full of questions today.

How do many of you order? (Phone with CC, online with CC, mail with check). I've got alot to order and will feel silly on the phone to use my CC but I'm so leary of putting my CC number online even when it says secure site. I don't really want to write a check cause it takes longer to get my order (yes I am impatient).
