I just tried Oprah's mid-afternoon snack with the apple slices, thinly sliced parmesan cheese and almonds. It's very tasty. I cut my finger slicing the apples, but otherwise I'm very pleased with the experience.
I think I'd just pass out if I ate just an apple with barely any cheese for lunch. Has anyone read the book that show was refering to? I think it was called "french women don't get fat".
