I accidently started a Tuesday workout thread in the ask cathe forum.

I've copied it below

Did a homemade mix of warm up and drills off of KPC, power drills off of Cardio Kicks and arm drills and abs+stretch off of CTX Kickbox. Very nice, but longer than the 60minutes I have before work so I was late!

Now that I am back from work I'm about to do CTX step&interval cardio only + S&H chest

We will forgive you, ....this time, LOL!!

I did PS Back, Biceps and Abs today.

Still need to clean like a mad woman, so that should count toward something, on the 21 of this month I will have both sets of grandparents here for my oldest son's piano recital and we are renovating so the house is in shambles.

Oh Dutchie....don't worry about it! I did the standing portion of Legs & Glutes, ME abs, then Imax1 blastmania (loved it!), then PUB chest and back. Now a bit of sunbathing until I go to work. I even have a massage scheduled this afternoon. Completely spoiled today!! Annette, good luck with the renovating. We sure need to do that....:)...Carole
 
I answered your post in the ask Cathe forum. I was wondering what the question for Cathe was, I replied because I saw you are Dutch :)
I was pleasantly surprised to see another Dutchie.
Can I jump in on this check in? It is a great way to stay motivated.

I did the Step Blast/ hi/lo cardio premix + 3 blasts from Step Blast.

Serious lack of time today -- 20 min stairmaster and PUB abs. I hate when life interferes with my workout!
