Only one video I don't have

I own almost all of Cathe's videos (except the very early ones) but just realized I don't own Step Heat.

Just wondering what everyone's opinion is of this tape. I watched the run pre-view and it seems to have a lot of the moves from other tapes in it just re vamped. I love all of Cathe's tapes and was just wondering if I should get this one to add to my collection or whether one of the others would be just as good.

I do have to order the cross training series on DVD because the tapes are wearing out. I want to make sure I have that back up because I am sure the All Step tape is on its last legs! Just thought I might throw in the Step Heat after getting some educated opinions out there.

I use tapes like Power Max and Step Fit periodically just too add some variety and spice up my routines.

Thanks for any advice guys.

Step Heat was my first Cathe video. I ordered it a little over a year ago to introduce myself to Cathe's style. It was a good choice because the moves are not as complicated as some of her others. It is a bit shorter than her regular length productions (about 45 minutes)plus it has an ab section at the end.

Since purchasing Step Heat I have gotten nearly every other one of Cathe's aerobic workouts. I admit I am terribly addicted.

I think the intensity is just about the same as her others but the combinations are pretty easy to learn. I still use Step Heat for days I don't want to concentrate so much. I pop it in the VCR and do the whole thing without having to focus on the footwork (like I do in Rhythmic Step which still gets me flubbed up now and then).

Get Step Heat. You will turn to it again and again.

I have never met a Cathe tape I did not like.

Hey cybersis, Step Heat was also my first6 Cathe tape. 1.5 yrs later I still love it. You should definately get it, it also throws an ab workout in at the end. Judy
