I have a question on Muscle Max. I just did it for the first time yesterday. I usually do one strength training video for the whole month, (3x per week). I have Upper Body Pyramid, Push & Pull, Supersets , Muscele Max, (which I just got), and Muscle Endurance is on it's way.
For some reason, Muscle Max seemed to me much more intense than the other Cathe videos I've been doing. So my question is: Do you guys think it would be to much to do just Muscle Endurance throughtout the next 4-6 weeks, or should I be doing it only 2x a week and use another one of my strenth training videos for the 3rd strength training day?
Any advise you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated.
