Online retailer for supplements/health food?

Hi everyone--

Does anyone have anywhere online (with comparable prices) that you buy supplements or health food items (spices, rice, oils) that you haven't been able to find in your local store? I have used Amazon for some things but have wound up overpaying for items.

Oh boy, do I have some great ones for you! You will have a new hobby once you see all that you can buy and at AMAZING prices. I've spent literally hours viewing products and reading reviews. Don't forget to compare with Amazon. Sometimes they have a better price, sometimes they don't. Their 'Subscribe and Save' option is great if it is offered on the product you want.

Vitacost is definitely my favorite. Don't forget to check out the 'deals' page and they always have some free samples too. I use their house brand vitamins and herbs, they work just fine for me. They have a great variety of non perishable gluten free supplies especially pastas/soups. I buy canned food through them. If you buy 50 dollars worth, its free shipping. I even get airborne on vitacost. I bought my shaker bottle there. They have protein powder.
 
Another vote for Vitacost. I just looked up the price difference on their coconut oil and was blown away. Less than half of "Whole Paycheck". Not surprising maybe but it's definitely worth a look.

I also use a lot of their house brand products. Wide variety. The user reviews are really helpful.
 
iherb most reliable

Hi,
In my personal experience I find iherb to be the most reliable. They have the best inventory, ships the same day and if you order over $40.00 you get free expedited UPS shipping.
They pack beautifully, no styrofoam, have a great selection and you get discounts for the dollar amounts you buy, and free samples. They also throw in additional free stuff too.
It really is the best.

For some things, netrition is good also.
