It's been a while since I have been on here, but noticed your post cause it sounds SO MUCH like me. The business that I work in/and for ( radio broadcasting ) is a LOT like yours. Though the people that I work WITH are pretty fit and watch what they eat, NONE of my friends or clients are into fitness at all. In Fact, many are like those you spoke of. Very unfit, unhealthy, and no shame at all in the way they live. To tell you the truth, it was only through the advice and posts of this board and just getting out there and working out ( at home with CATHE that is ) is where I got most of my direction. Years ago, I started with Billy Blanks-DVDs. Great works outs, but after a while, I was not being challenged. THEN, I found Cathe through Fit TV about two years ago. HOOKED !! I guarantee you not matter what goal you have weather it be loosing the last 5 lbs, maintaining, building muscle, endurance,, whatever, this site along with Cathe's work outs will really really help out. I got the greatest thing, by reading a few posts here on this board. Some one was talking about 'The Eat Clean Diet'. I went and bought it the next day and am proud to say after a few months, lost my last, stubborn ten pounds. Note: Try 'whole Flaxseed' and then grind it up in a coffe grinder,add to oatmeal, muffins, yogurt; My LORD does it work wonders !! Cathe has The Work Out Manager and all kinds of features that you can sign up for that will keep you on track. I feel so accomplished that NOW I am researching the possibility of becomming a part time personal trainer. ( Still have a few stubborn areas to work on ,,,but the learning goes on !! )
