one week hell !!!

Hi Everyone,

I'm in desperate need for an ultra-intense fat loss rotation and diet tips to get 5 lbs off in 7 days!

I'll be on TV in one week!!! I didn't realise how much weight I'd put on until it was too late. And now I've been eating clean for the one week and just started working out 2x per day to try to slim down in time.

I'm willing to do anything! daily double doses, back to back and even upping weights. I will dedicate myself to this!

Can anyone help?

Hi Becky,
I don't know if what you want to do is actually doable in one week and it's probably not very healthy BUT for an intense rotation you may want to pick a week from Cathe's August Boot Camp Rotation from 2005. Here is a link and good luck!

Hi,

Thanks for the rotation. I know I've left it to the last minute. I didn't realise how much weight I'd put on after the holidays.

I'm hosting an advertising special about education on TV in Hong Kong. I want to look professional and fit. My thighs are bulging in all of my pants and I hate the way it looks - plus I'll be 10lbs heavier on TV!

I'll check out the rotation and do my best! Let you know of my progress.

If worse comes to worse, go out and buy an amazing outfit that fits and flatters!

Thanks everyone! I'm psyched. Been doing about 90 mins a day so far and eating very very clean 4 more days to go. It's tough, but feels great!

Going lower on low-ends, upping weights and double workouts are just what I need to get me out of my slump. I think I will keep at it for a month and see where it takes me.

Thanks for all the support! As a matter of fact I think I WILL go out and buy a fabulous outfit!
