One/Two Body Part a Day

I have started doing one body part a day for strength training. So far, I'm enjoying it. I think this method is better for me since I am concentrating one particular muscle at a time, and therefore, have more energy to work the muscle to exhaustion.

-- I was wondering which order is preferable? I have been doing Chest, Back, Shoulders, Biceps, Triceps and Legs. Are there any rule that one should NOT be after the other?
-- How many different exercises should I do for each muscle? I am guessing 8-12 rep for strength, 12-16 for endurance.
-- How long of a stretch/rest between exercises?
-- Should I 'shake' things up by changing the order?
-- Do I have to follow a certain rotation (by using the same exercise for the same body part), or can I change exercise every time?
-- Can I stay in this rotation (one/two body part a day) indefinitely... if I'm not bored with it?

Along the same lines... I was wondering if you have any plans of making (or re-make ala Ab Hits DVD) by combining all the chest, back, etc from previous workouts into its own separate DVDs. As with Ab Hits, we can pick which exercise in the order we like... and also having the option to do strength/endurance type workout. A workout blender would be great (but understandable not favorable due to user 'compications'). It probably won't be a great seller since not many do one/two body part a day... therefore, not profitable/doable. I thought I just ask and put it on the table for you to think in the future.

Thanks!

Actually, I think this idea of releasing a "back hits," "chest hits," bicep hits" etc, series is excellent. It would be the ultimate compile your own workout DVD!!
