One series or variety-what's the better way

Hi Cathe or anyone who would like to give their opinion-
What do you think is better, using the same series for a four week rotation-like the Gym Styles-or mixing up series like GS,PS and SH doing each one for one of the weeks of a rotation? I'm at a good weight and am ready to really focus on building more muscle and trying to get some better definition. Unfortunately, I feel I look sort of thin and would love to look more buff:)

I like to mix things up. I get bored very easily and need the variety. It's also good for your body to keep changing things. But if using one series is working for you, stick with it. I am doing FitnessFreak's January rotation which mixes up S&H, the Gym Styles and the Pyramids and I really like it. It's more of a strength based rotation with a little cardio thrown in along with some yoga. I've found that less cardio works for me so I think I will be happy by the end of the month.
