Hey Guys,

Have you very had a day when you just can NOT stop eating. I can not stop eating all the wrong things to save my life and the funny thing is, I want too eat alllllllll day..........Yeah, there is something wrong I have been crying and eating all day, its going to be okay. Thank you for listen. I know tomorrow is going to be a much better day; but today sucks.

I highly recommend Kick Max Blast drills. I did that the other day for the 12 minutes it took, and felt worlds better. I haven't done L&G in a long time. Hmm. I should start looking at that one again!!

Or Saturday! I LOVE Saturdays - DebbieH, have you ever seen a happier person digging into a dessert than me on a Saturday? She got to see it up close and personal!

Hey Guys,

When, I got home last night, I only wanted to shut my door and cry and that’s exactly what I did. I cried so hard it scared me. My eyes are puffed this morning I look like a monster ;)

Around 7ish I put the last cookie in my mouth. I was so miserable and FULL (tummy arch) I could hardly move. This isn’t the first time I have done something foolish like this and its not going to be my last.

After, alllll that crap I put into my body. I could only find the strength too turn off my cell phone and TV to sleep. And that’s just what I did. Got up this morning and thank God for another day "new mercy"

Today, is a new day, and I feel much better. It is a blessing just to be alive, Thank you,
