One of the Best Things about Slow & Heavy...

Soosan

Cathlete
...is how the slow pace combined with Cathe's meticulous attention to form transfers to all my other strength work. After one short rotation with this series, I feel as though my form has greatly improved.

If this type of lifting isn't for you (i.e., you feel you bulk up or you get bored, etc) the series is worth getting just as a means of perfecting your form.

Hi SOOSAN (Btw I love your name:D SOOOOOOOSAN;-) Brings a smile to my face everytime I see it!! Anyways I could'nt agree more with you!! I just got S&H last week, did back and chest and just loved it!! I took the weekend OFF and am going to do a S&H rotation for the next 3 weeks. I am so looking forward to seeing some results!!

Another is how you feel it deep, deep in your muscles. I do get bored with the series but I STILL DO S&H every 3-4 months because it reacquaints me with body parts that have gotten used to my other workouts.

I agree!! This series really gives me amazing results. I can't stick with it for more than a few weeks at a time, but when I come back to it, I'm always happy with the strength gains and the look of my muscles afterwards!

Thanks, Nicole! It's really spelled "Sooooooooooooosan" (13 o's), but I've shortened it for my user name because people are always misspelling it. Even my husband only spells it with 12 o's sometimes.}(

This morning, I did PUB as produced for the first time in a long time, and it felt lightning-fast compared to S&H! What a great workout that is, too!
