one-legged squats

Hi Cathe, great new tapes. Is there any difference in doing one legged squats or putting your back leg on the step & doing squats? I can not do movment tht involves putting any pressure or weight on my toes
 
Thank you Silbo! The shift in the angle will recruit the muscles differently.

Comfort is the priority for best results. Stick with the one you can execute pain free.
 
Can you put your foot 'top down'on the step (make sure the step is propped up against an immovible object, like a sofa or wall). That could take pressure off the toes.
