One Legged deadlift - Form and pointers

Hi Everyone,

I saw this short clip on form pointers for move mentioned above. As usual I found this lady quite amusing in her approach. She is is FFT in my opinion. She is usually a fair frank talker:eek::eek:
Now I would not take her message personnally ---- Hmm quite amusing. Pointers are correct and helpful--- I suppose that is the most important. Point made I hope:p:p

Thanks for sharing! Wow - she is beautifully ripped and has a good understanding of the move.

The first thought I had was of Jai. She does this move with precision in one of the DVDs (maybe in Cardio Leg Blast).
The second thought I had was that goose of a cat is adorable! I was hoping she would lift the cat up to demonstrate the move.

Yes Jai does execute one legged deadlift really well. She is very flexible. Her version is the one I prefer, my favourite I should say.
The cat is adorable and smart. I will see if I can get a clip where Pauline Nordine is lifting her cat.:D

Yes Pauline is ripped --- she is a badass. The only problem is she tend to brutaly speak out stuff some do not
want to hear. She is frank and knows her stuff though:):)
 
She's quite funny IMO! Love her legs, something to aspire to. Her kitty is very cute - looks just like my baby Sammy lol! Thanks for posting.
