Oh Jane.i cant tell you how good it is to get on Cathe.com and ii see you posted! And now i see u did cardio leg blast, my favorite one! I love that... It is up for me to do today! So glad too it was up on sunday and now today. But it makes me sweat! Ill be back later to,get personals, i just wantted to tell you Jane i was excited to see ya on7

I finish cardio leg blast.. was feeling so down weighed myself messured myself had a fit, vented and now i am back to normal.

I have to be more crful not so much how much i eat because that has been good and not waht eat that is good, it is when i need to focus on, i eat before bed and i hear it dont matter but obviously it does for my body. So regroup and soldier on!!!
 
Good morning, ladies! Back to being chilly willy in Cincy! BRRR! Much more normal for winter...
Yesterday evening, I did Bi's & Tri's & Core #2, X Train. I was supposed to do Hard Strikes, but I have to switch the schedule around so that I'm off on Thursdays, so I decided to do Hard Strikes on Friday, since it's short (nice to have a short one to look forward to on a Friday evening!). Then, I'll have the time to do Legs on the weekend.
Renee: Soldier on is right! Great attitude! You vented, got it out of your system, now you deal with it. Perfect! I take it you had gained? That's always super frustrating when you're doing everything "right." I saw the thread where a lot of people were experiencing weight gain with this series. I got frustrated with the LIS series because of that very thing. I'm thinking that once I get through this 90 day rotation, that I'll try the one that combines LIS with XTrain - IF I'm not bored with it by then. If I am, I'll take a month off, then try it. Of course, by then, who knows? Best laid plans of mice & men....
Cathy: Glad you're enjoying the snowshoeing. That must be fun. Especially with the dogs. Are you still bothered with wolves? Believe it or not, we have a bobcat back home in our woods. Every time I take a walk when I'm there, I'm on high alert!
Caitlin: Hope you're starting to feel better! Have you gotten anywhere in regards to the heat in your building? Again, congrats on your son's accomplishments!

Lol ya i appoligize for venting so much at times but honestly you guys are the only ones i can get to listen haha!
I may try the lis an xtrain rotation as well. If i get,bored im gonna still use xtrain but switch it up some to add step moves or something with step or dancing ..
Im so glad u are oon the xtrain with me.. :)
Oh i agree i always look forward to HS on days i work because its short fun and makes me sweat .. Kinda unflatens my butt after a day of sitting it feels like aand it gives me energy to cook dinner! Lol.
Gawd my boss is irritating.. I get up to take xrays on a patient inn the middle of paper work and she comes up here and moves my crap and it takes me 10 min to find all my papers again and sometimes she puts it in her office! Gosh i hate that. And in morning i sweep leaves away from the front door, the wind is bad so i did it at 8 she,comes in at 9 and says i need to remember to sweep the dront... I did its the wind that blows it back. Then she will ask me what she can do to grt more patients over and over i suggest stuff that works she dont do it. Y ask me??
Then my job is check messeges also but the light is red if theres messeges. So anywway if its red or not i have to keep checking thats fine but she checks them too and ends up being a mess. If its my job trust me ill do my job! Dont go do it and expect me to do it again.
 
Good morning, ladies. No workout yesterday evening, but I'll do Hard Strikes this evening. Renee, I gave an understanding chuckle when you were describing your frustrations at work. My boss tends to go through my desk when I'm gone for a day or two. Things disappear, & I spend hours looking for them, thinking I'm going nuts, when it's now on his desk! AARGH!!!:mad: I think we all deal with frustrating bosses, which is why I love working out AFTER work! I can get rid of all that stress!!! ;)

Man i miss living close to the wiild! Thats the way WV was! We could set out on a walk in ur back yard and go hiking for a long way!
Today is tabatas premix with only 2 + core. Ouch i dont know but so jealous of anyone who can do all 5! I then did bis n tris disk 2 didnt get to gget it in last night!
 
Today was 26 min. cardio, 29 min. body training & 15 min. stretch:)

Renee are you starting week 6 the beginning of next week?

Yes i am on day 5 of week 5 so tomorrow is last day and then on tuesday i start back, at week 6.. I am happy i have made it this far. Im excited tomorrow is finaly supercuts to tackle. I have not done it yet... Should put back some excitement in the rotation! Plus i heard there is a boardwalk around a place called lake murry here in SC to jog or walk around. I think i may plan on a day like wen or fri to do a jog around a lake if it isnt to bad weather wise. I dont mind rain or cold just not freezing!
Yaa Jane, i do not like my job to great. I mean its a job and i am so thankful to have it and im blessed it is only three days a week so imm lucky. Right now im not sure with my headaches id b able to keep a job.. But so far tjis job is very boring lol.

Rest day tomorrow! Today was supersets i really liked it... It was just right i felt it was med ingensity. I wasnt feeling like exercising today at all but i know iif i didnt do it id FEEL like i was behind and i hate that feeling but love the feeling of gettner done! So i squeezed my butt checks and juust did it.
Im glad u are gettn some cardio in! U are doing great!
Caitlin i hope u r staying warm and i sure hope things are turning around for you!

Okay rest day today, i did the sc yesterday and really enjoyed it! Well im bored at work right now ugg. But no patients here today and i have to b here answer the phone, and like is said in the other thread that is maybe two times on a day such as this. Lol funny. But i am needing toothpicks to prop my eyes open..my butt hurts, this chair is hard and hurts my back... Good news is i brought my computer and my yogi foundations dvd yaa bad news i just finished it and bored again, and i cant get internet on the laptop, she has wifi but it is password protected. Hmm. Now twirling my thumbs!
Avitar is pic of my big boy Duke he is 13 yrs old now. Love his heart! He makes u hug him, he puts his big head in between ur legs and wants u to bend over and hug his body, commical looking but he is so big theres no other way to hug the way he really,wants, he will try to crawl on my lap lol, if u dont hug him right he really wines, like he is talking. I guess he sees me hugging my little dog mable and he wants that too. If i hold her and hug her alot he will bark then wine tuk his head between my legs, and about push me over cause he leans his whole body on u.
On days i like to lay on pourch and enjoy the sun he will lay not only on my blanket but half way on top of me. Lol panting cause he is too hot at the same time lol. Love love my babies.
Well tomorrow is legs. If i get,to bored i may do some chair work and barre work since i dont need equipment. I did bring five pound weights anf firewalker, disk with me in case i decide to do it and have rest day tomorrow. Not sure yet.

Good morning, ladies! Busy weekend, but I managed to get my workouts in!
I did Hard Strikes on Friday evening, I did Legs on Saturday, then did All Out Low Impact HiiT on Sunday. I did not do the Standing portion of Legs, since I did that the week before I started the rotation. I knew if I tried to do 80 minutes of Legs, I wouldn't be able to walk on Sunday, let alone do the HiiT workout!!! Oh, I also threw in Core #1 & #2, as well as the 100 rep Scarecrows. Ha! Just typing this made me tired! LOL:p
Renee: Way to keep rocking it! Did you like Supercuts? I don't know if I'll be able to wait 3 more weeks to do that one... Everyone raves about it! I'm sorry you don't like your job - makes life pretty hard when you don't like what you have to do... HUGS!
Cathy: Great job on your workouts! & you were able to do 8 consecutive days! YOU GO GIRL! :D I've never heard of cougars in our area, but then, the bobcat has only been around for a year. I liked Hard Strikes - I did it with my one pound gloves on since I don't have boxing gloves. Managed to keep all the jabs & punches straight & not get all confused.
Caitlin: Hope you're finally feeling better & hope you've gotten somewhere with your heat situation!

Jane i loved supercuts some new moves in there but i think if u loke cardio supersets u will like supercuts. Thank gosh it was not as hard as afterburn.. I got to have one workout not tooooo intense.
Today is rest day.. I got lesmils combat in the maiil! I may add one of tjose for more cardio. Not sure yet. That advitar is my big boy Duke he is so sweet 13 yrs old. Smart smart. And a big ol baby. Lol
 
Good morning, ladies! Yesterday evening I did Burn Sets, Chest, Back & Shoulders. I really needed it to burn off the stress of driving home in the snow. It usually takes me 20 minutes to drive home. Yesterday, it took 65 minutes! AARGH!!!:mad: Nothing burns off anger/stress better than lifting weights!
Renee: Duke looks so sweet!!! You're lucky to have had him for 13 years! That's a great age for a dog. Our 3 are 9 years old, & fingers crossed, so far so good. One of our dogs does the same thing your Duke does when wanting to be hugged. Never fails to elicit an Aww.... from me.
Cathy: Did you get more snow yesterday, too? The flakes coming down yesterday were ginormous! I've never seen such huge snow flakes!

Good job on exerciseing. How are you doing emotionaly ? R u gettn better? Or should i say progressing?

Well today is legs not sure if i can do it. Im so tired and drained right now. DH and i are really not doing so great. It is so stressful and y is it when i think it isnt working..i feel so warn out? We need some prayers. God really needs to soften his cold,heart. Or i feel he is cold.
 
Renee, it snowed yesterday - we got at least an inch in about an hour. I've never seen such big flakes! I'm doing OK - I check in with my dad once a week, & my sister in CA calls him every day. It's really hard when I go back home, but usually here I do OK - except like when the Budweiser commercial with the Clydesdales came on during the Super Bowl. How my mother loved those Clydesdale commercials - & she would have LOVED that one! I cried like a baby... Speaking of Dad's - how's yours doing? I sent you a message.
 
Awh Jane i know how that is, u know for a year it was hard to swallow fruit? My mommy loved fruit. Then American Idol, she loved that show, and i cried when it came on too! I just felt almost guilty or maybe not guilty but so sad that she cant watch it anymore. Then my sis kept telling me shes in heaven she watching something better, but i read the bible and when i read it im not sure whst i believe on that part, confused.. Ill explain that one later when more time has past.
I am gonn pm u when i get home. I am on phone, thats how i normaly post and thats why it is hard to read lol. U know i read my own post and im like, what did i say. Lord .. Im suprised these women hasnt thrown me off here. But ya i wish we lived close by. Alot we could chat about!
 
Yesterday evening, I did the Timesaver Premix (1-6) of Cardio Leg Blast & Core #2. I didn't have the strength or energy to do the whole thing! I'll be glad when I get my leg strength built back up. :p Tonight is Burn Sets Bi's & Tri's. My chest has DOMS from Burn Sets on Monday, so by tomorrow, I'll probably be one big DOM! LOL:rolleyes:
