Of all the different routines I've tried, I have found that I much prefer doing one body part per day. I become so fatigued when I try to do whole body that I can't do well the last half of the workout and I feel like I'm cheating myself. I want to hit each body part quite hard since I'm only hitting it once per week. I have started the following routine:
Mon. PS biceps + CTX biceps
Tues. PS shoulders + CTX shoulders
Wed. PS chest + CTX chest
Thurs. PS back + CTX back
Fri. PS triceps + CTX triceps
Sat. PS legs only
This doesn't include abs and cardio (cardio is going to be only 30 minutes 3 times per week). I started this on Monday and am enjoying it. I'm using moderate weight. For you educated crowd, does this sound like a good routine? Too much, too little? Before I do this routine for very long, I would like to hear if anybody else does anything similar to this and if so, did you have good results? Anybody else combine videos like this?
Can't wait for the new upper and lower body pyramids!!
