OnDemand Log-in troubles

Need help!!! For some reason, I'm unable to log into my OnDemand account for my workout. It keeps telling me, I'm an unauthorized user. My payments are up to date and I'm putting in my correct log in information, but for some reason, I can't access my workouts. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

I just tried and I can't get signed in either.
