Ok, I just finish Insanity rotation on Sunday and once again I don't know what to do next. I just realize that I don't own hardly any cardio workouts other than insanity and Turbo Fire, Drill Max, and KCP all my other Cathe DVD's are weight workouts. Because I don't know what to do I went back to insanity, but it just aint working for me, I think I need to give it more time before I jump to it again, plus the fact that my Ryka Transpires that I just recieved are not holding up. The color is super cute, but the shoe does not offer me enough cushioning and lateral support and my feet can definately feel it! Is there anyone else who didn't like the shoe? I definately need to order some Cathe cardio workouts (little by little) any recomendations would greatly be appreciated! In the meantime I need to do something is there any workouts that you can recomend that I can purchase at my local stores? Thanks!
