? ON VIDEOS

I am very new to Cathe, I am currently a 10 year veteran of the Firm. Would you please tell me what the difference is between Slow & Heavy series and Pure Strength. I love to weight train and manage to do cardio 3 times per week. Please let me what tapes are going to give me better results for definition.
Thank you,
Beth

Hi Beth! Nice to meet you.

These series of tapes will both give you wonderful results, however, they each use different training techniques. Slow and heavy is exactly that while training two opposing body parts per day (about 30 minutes per body part). Pure Strength is a split routine which moves at a faster rep speed than slow heavy and does two to three related body parts per workout in about 45 to 55 minutes per tape. Please view our film clips on the home page to see which one suits your desires better. Have fun!

Thank you Cathe for the great break-down of your videos. I am going to get both sets. I am very excited about trying something new and refreshing to keep me motivated. I am very confident that I will be reaching for your videos than my current library of tapes. P.S. Your web-site is very informative, I've added it to my favorites icon. Keep up the great job!
Regards,
Beth
