? on The Vol.4 Rotations!

KathyS or anyone else~Are the four different E-mails that Kathy sent out to us supposed to be different? I just started downloading mine today and the 1 of 4 and the 2 of 4 were identical?? Also, I could not open 3 of 4 or the 4 of 4. Thanks for your help. Hope this makes sense???

Clarity for Debbie H. and everyone!

They are all four the same document, but they are formatted differently. You only need one, and if you have the latest version of MS Word that would explain why you can open 1 and 2. Here's what they are:

1. Original Volume 4 is a Word 97 - Word 2000 document.

2. Next, there's a version of Volume 4 formatted for members who have Word 6.0 (the version of Word that's in Office '95 and was shipped with a lot of computers with Windows 95.)

3. Next, there's a version for people who don't have MS Word at all, but have MS Works -- the latest version.

4. Finally, there's a version for people who have an earlier version of MS Works -- such as the version that shipped with a lot of HP computers with Windows 95.

Just use whatever version works with your software. Discard the other three. And if none work, holler via e-mail -- [email protected].

I did not do a WordPerfect version since no one requested it.
