Help,
I am on the fence about buying Powerstrike I and II. I need something a little lower in impact than Cathe, ( especially when my knees are giving me trouble) but would still like a challenging workout. Would this be a good way to go? Thanks for your opinions.

YES, YES, YES!!

Powerstrike Millenium I and II are awesome!! Have you tried doing a search on these boards about Powerstrike? Those workouts have been talked about a lot lately! They are definitely LOW impact -- BUT, they WORK you HARD! You WILL be sweating! If you are thinking about purchasing them, buy them at the same time. You'll save on shipping. :) :)

RE: YES, YES, YES!!

I agree with above. However, if what's holding you back is the price you could consider just getting one. I have them both, one has slightly more kicking than the other but both work your upper and lower body hard with no impact. They're a good investment in my opinion!

Absolutely! :)

Both are awesome workouts, low impact, but high intensity!

If you can go for both of them, go for it and save on the s&h as the s&h is quite pricey. But they are a great investment! :)

I just posted elsewhere on this. You convinced me to buy them, and now I am waiting. How long do they take to get them to you? It seems strange to me that they use FedEx and then don't send them IMMEDIATELY.
