on the ball pilates

I have several pilate workouts but I am always looking for more. I love to mix in pilates with all my workouts.

I was thinking of on the ball pilatees with lizbeth Garcia. Do any of you have it? and what do you think about it. I looked at the reviews on collage they are pretty good but would love to hear from someone that has it.

Hi, Deb. I have this one with Lizbeth. It's the ONLY Pilates workout I have, actually. So, I am NO expert on Pilates. Having said that, I like the workout. I am the type of person who feels like she needs to sweat to get a good workout in. But this one is really quite a nice addition to all the intensity, dripping-with-sweat workouts that I do.

It's OK, but more of a beginner workout. I like Core Secrets much better for abs and lower body, but his pace is WAY too fast.

i like the use of the ball with pilates it makes it a little more of a balance challenge. its simple movements but the workout is mostly trying to control core while holding balance. its not a advanced workout but i would range it beginner/intermediate. i want to get stott pilates with stabilty ball workouts b/c she is suppose to use reformer type exercises which would be much harder then on the ball pilates, which i would say uses more matwork pilates exercises with the ball.
