This is something we're working on, but involves thousands of steps and there is no way to know how long this will take.

I've had On Demand since day 1 and I've noticed that it takes about 5 to 7 days after the dvds are shipped before they are available for on demand. I know it takes a while because it's not just 1 platform they have to do this with. They have to have it on their website, firestick, roku, google apps, and apple apps.

I was hoping for this past Monday or Tuesday- that didn't happen. Based on firemedic's post, now I'm hoping for Friday or next Monday ... so long of a wait. I obviously don't know SNM's procedures, but I'm wondering why this all couldn't have been done while the dvds were at the replicator. Then they'd be ready to go as shipping begins.Hoping your outlook is on the money... because that means the user guide will appear soon!
We have been working on this since the DVDs were sent to the duplicator, including weekends. It takes many weeks of work to make and upload the files necessary to make the new video files work for all our apps and most importantly the Workout Blender.
