On Demand - Roku linking

I just bought a new Roku since my old one wouldn't work with the On Demand programming. After adding the channel via the Roku interface it gives me a code to enter on the cathe.com site to link the new Roku. When I do this I get a message saying that I am already linked (presumably to the old Roku). But I get an error message on my television with the new Roku saying that I'm not properly linked.

Is there a way of unlinking the old Roku from my On Demand account so that I can link the new one? FYI -- I did unlink the old Roku from my Roku account as well, just in case this was an issue.

same trouble here, but it works on my other Roku. I didn't unlink that one because sometimes I exercise in that room when no one else is home. I just spent 45 minutes going through a chat with Roku Customer Support and they said this needs to be resolved from the channel provider. I am frustrated!
