On Demand Cost

I wanted to find out why is the cost of the on demand app cheaper through Apple than on your website?

I’m not positive on this, but I think if you go thru Apple, you don’t get to use the
Workout blender, like blending workouts, etc. I might be wrong....

Julie - thanks for mention the Cathe On Demand on Apple. I also found Cathe Live Cathe Live cost more than on Cathe.com. I may have to sign up for Cathe On Demand. Haven't pulled that plug yet. I am still old fashion and using my DVD's

the cost on apple is $14.99 per month. But I found out I have a problem and its that I cant login to it on my apple tv but I can log in to it on my phone or I can cast it to my tv..and if purchased through apple the support for the app is through apple not Cathe's web.

Julie, sorry the Apple app is causing you problems. I had nothing but great Apple customer support. Had a problem with my iPhone and my Mac. I had nothing but great experience with Apple support. That's a great price for Cathe On Demand on the Apple app vs. I do have Apple TV, which I never use. Like I said, I still use all my dvd's. It's good to know about the Cathe On Demand on the Apple app when I start traveling again.

Thanks! I did call Apple today and they said since its a third party I have to get in touch with the developer to see why the app that I downloaded on apple tv doesnt work..

Hi julieg, signing up with Apple is not cheaper than signing up directly with us unless you don't want Cathe Live, our Workout Blender, and access to our Roku, the Web, and Fire TV apps. When you purchase directly from us you get access to everything. The Apple OnDemand App only includes access to Cathe OnDemand (excluding Cathe Live) on your iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV.

If you still need help with Apple TV I would suggest contacting our customer service at [email protected] and they can help you troubleshoot your issue.

Well, I guess I was kinda right....I didn't think you could use the blender directly thru Apple.....I blend my
workouts thru the website and then use the app to play them thru my ipad, etc.....
