? on anaerobic workouts

Just wondering how often anaerobic workouts should be done. I seem to do them quite alot, maybe more than I should, any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I think a few times a week would be fine, as long as you are feeling up to it. I wouldn't advise doing it daily as your body does need the time to recover.
