I heard about this a few weeks ago. I'm in heaven!! I was an X-Files freak back when the show was on. I actually have the first movie on dvd! I'm so excited for this.

p.s. Useless trivia: did you know Gillian Anderson is pregnant again? With her third!!

I used to be sooo into X-files! That feels like 15 years ago though! I need to get the seasons on DVD to get myself pumped up for this movie. ;)

DH and I are going to be there opening day, too! :) Before we even knew that the new film was coming out, we got ourselves the box set of the entire series for Christmas, and have been slowly working our way through them. I think we have about 30 more episodes to get through before the film opens. We are BEYOND excited, too!:)
 
Thanks for the heads up ....don't know where I've been but I had NO freakin idea...I am totally phyched!! The last great TV show... ok, CSI is ok, but really no comparison.
 
Ok, we were real x-file fanatics - hubby and me,.......and I'm only a little mortified to admit that we want to see it to hope they have sex.....been waiting how many years?????????????/
 
SHUT.UP!!! I am soooooo there! I used to be totally addicted to X-Files back in college (wow, that was a long time ago!). My roommate and I used to swoon over Mulder. Heck, I still swoon over Mulder. Yummmmmm... :9 }(
 
Okay, my favorite X-files episode was that one titled "Home." It was the one with the Peacock family...oh.my.god. The first time I saw it, halfway through the espisode, I turned to DH and said, "This is scaring the crap out of me!" Fox couldn't even re-run it for a while because they got so many complaints about the subject matter. I bought the video, I liked it so much! It kinda had a David Lynch feel: a brutal murder happening with "Wonderful! Wonderful!" as the background music. Gets me everytime!

Those episodes that got away from the alien/conspiracy (although I love those, too) were always a little scarier to me.

OMG my best friend and I were just talking about this episode...specifically THAT scene...just last week.

I couldn't watch it again...it creeped me out a little too much.

They already have (Muldar is the father of Scully's baby), we just didn't see it!
 
yep, he's a daddy! I think it was an episode where she had visited an ex in the hospital and that led to :7 :7 :7 , but all they showed was her getting out of bed and getting dressed. Is that right? I have had kids since then so my brain is a little off.
