OMG Lorraine, did anyone else know this

OMG I just read all the bios on the Behind the Scenes, and when I read Lorraines, it said she was 40 YEARS OLD. When I look at her she looks like shes about 32. She looks AMAZING. I mean 40 ins't old, but when you look like that, well that great!

I didn't know she was that old either. I'm 42 and I thought she was WAY younger than me!

Wow she only looks like she is in her early 30's. I guess exersise really is a fountian of youth. :7

I just showed DH Lorraine's picture and covered up her bio, and he guessed her to be about 23.

Lorraine is an absolute knockout.

Oh, none of these gorgeous women look their age. They are all stunning and wonderful examples of what fitness can do for you. I showed them to my DD17 and pointed out that they are all about my age. She was amazed. Hey, I'll take looks as a reason for her to workout at this age. (Yes, she has been doing Cathy a few times a week).

They all look younger than their actual age. I'm guessing this is a result of what they eat. A clean diet (and great skin care) equates to a younger you.
