OMG! Leg conditioning drills YOWZA

Yesterday was the first time I added the leg conditioning drills on to Kick Max. I am so hurting this afternoon. I hope I can do Muscle Max tomorrow :eek:
 
I KNOW if this can't get my legs in condition I don't know what will:D The first time I did it I had doms for 3 days. I LOVE it!!

I did Kick Max for the first time yesterday and just WATCHED the leg conditioning drills! That's DEFINITELY something I'm going to have to work up to!! YIKES! It just LOOKED painful!

I love, love this workout!!}( I think it will definitely do some toning up, or I ain't doing nothing but watching!!!
