I had a feeling this was gonna happen. As I posted earlier- I did a totaly body weight workout at the gym on Thursday. Despite having a massage yesterday, today I am aching big-time!!
I couldn't help it through! There were sooo many new, shiny pieces of delicious weight things to try! Granted, doing nearly ALL of them in one day was probably not a very well thought out plan on my part! I really 'only' focused the heavy workouts on my legs & glutes & back & tri's & shoulders & cardio.... well THAT explains why it hurts to walk/move.
Admit it- you'd be tempted to! Cathe has raised us right & trained us even better!!!
