Good morning!
For starters, there is a TON of great information out there for you to review, and myriad different options for you to even eliminate what you are going through.
First of all, check out
www.johnleemd.com - you will find a wealth of information there on women's health, specifically for hormonal balance etc.
Personally I have done a TON of reading on this topic recently for my job and find it very interesting and informative. Based on what I found out, I just went OFF the Pill (which the more you read the more you will find out how horrible the Pill is for you..) after 18+ years on it. My personal opinion (and of course I am not a doctor) is to avoid synthetic or non-natural hormones and try to balance your own body naturally based on your specific needs.
A GREAT book full of more information is "Ageless" By Suzanne Somers...it is like an encyclopedia of info!
Lastly, if you would like to email me personally to find out more, talk to others I know that are balancing themselves naturally and loving the results, feel free to email me directly at
[email protected].
Hope this helps!
Take care
Kelly
