I found a website that is very much like fitday and calorieking, but it differs just enough to be worth mentioning! :)

www.nutridiary.com

it's free :)
it calculates your activities, meals, etc., and even has a display that will remind you daily of your calories/weight/measurements, etc.
it has many features, many of which I haven't figured out yet!
but I thought I'd pass it on.

This is kind of interesting. I wonder if this has happened to you.

I've noticed in the past 6 weeks or so that I can eat a lot more food calorie-wise and not gain any weight. In fact, now I feel like I'm fighting to not lose any more. I think it's all the extra muscle. I'm eating regularly 2500 - 2800 calories and not gaining an ounce, plus I go to bed hungry every night (I stop eating by 5 p.m.) I eat probably 1100 calories in the morning by 10 a.m. (do my heaviest eating in the morning).

It's an amazing thing when I think about a year ago when I was eating maybe 1400 per day trying to lose weight and now 2500 trying not to lose any more.

Yes, I am AMAZED at how much I can eat and still lose weight! A year ago, I was trying to keep my calories at 1400-1500 cal/day and although I lost weight, now I can take in as much as 2500 cal/day and still lose each week (except for last week~horrible, horrible eating week! I averaged 3000 cal/day, but I maintained my weight, didn't lose, but didn't gain either!):)
I think it must be all about how consistently you exercise and keep your metabolism burning. I was petrified to step on the scale Monday, but to my surprise, no damage done!
Yet, I haven't found one website or authority that allows you to take in that number of calories? If I listened to most advice on websites about calorie intake, I'd be starving every day! Most tell me that at my height and weight, in order to lose I should be eating between 1400-1600 cal/day. I'd be eating my pillow in the middle of the night if I tried to eat 1400 cal/day!

I was watching an old tape I had of Bodyshaping with Cory Everson and she was saying on there that she loves to eat and eats a lot. I think there's probably something to that. If we're doing PS or MIS 3x per week plus running or some other kind of cardio, we probably don't need to do the 1600 calorie thing. I WANT to eat my pillow every night because I've been working out in the evening and am very hungry afterwards. LOL. I go to sleep to keep myself from eating.
