Is it okay to use dumbells light weight everyday? I have 2 lbs and 5 lbs. I am planning on increasing to 7 lbs and 10 lbs when I get stronger.
I actually can't do the weights after I do kickboxing, which I do three times a week, so right now, its not an issue. But just in case, is it okay?
