Melody...try a Google for "Butt Exercises"...a little ways down the page look for www.shapefit in the web address...that is the link. If you can't see it that way, I'll describe it for you. :)
 
Melody - basically you're in pike position on the ball, then you lift one leg straight up behind you and then lower it and do the same with the other leg.
 
Got the video and I'm just ROFLMAO at me doing these. You know I'll be trying these, right? Will report back in a few days...
 
as Shelley described...piece of cake...easy peasy. I've already completed 50 reps, with each leg. Ho-hum.
