Okay, is everybody ready to do MIS today?

I had a crazy dream last night that I thought I'd share here since it was about you all. I dreamed that the people that are active on these forums agreed that today we would ALL do MIS. Isn't that odd? I am planning on doing MIS today, so I suppose that has something to do with the dream! IS there anyone planning on doing MIS today???????? Just thought I'd check!

MIS isn't in my current rotation, but I'll think of you while I do Cardio & Weights and Janis Saffel's BNB + Pilates. (Using a resistance tube is tough work.) )(
I haven't did MIS for close to a year. Maybe I need to dust it off and have a go at it again. I might be surprised at my level of endurance and weight poundage. Never know! ;-)
You never outgrow Cathe. Once you think you've mastered the video and put it on the shelf for awhile, it still kicks your backside when you go back to it, especially when you add the extra weights. }(
