I don't want to be alone in my pain - anyone want to play company to my misery? :)

I love DOMS, but man oh man, Cathe has done a number on me! My coworkers are going to be like "What is with all the grunting and moaning in Emily's cubicle?!" Don't mind me, it's just the after-effects of Cathe's Gym Stlye Legs (yesterday's workout)...

And today I did Gym Style Chest & Triceps - I can only image how those muscles will feel tomorrow. *groan* ;)

So, if you have DOMS today, please join me in grunting and groaning! :D
 
I have to say...I really enjoyed getting up from my chair at work the day after PLB....my glutes were screaming!!!!....but I am bizarre enough to like it...:)...Carole
 
I'd raise my hand to join you, if I could raise my stinkin' arm! LOL.

I started the upper body Gym Styles for the first time yesterday, and my poor little triceps are taking the brunt of it. I did Back, Shoulders & Biceps early this morning and I'm already feeling it. I cannot WAIT to do GS: Legs (taking a break from legs due to an injury), but that one left me sore for 3 days the last couple of times I did it.

My co-workers think I'm nuts too...but it feels SO GOOD!

I am going to have to make a serious effort to get up out of this chair every hour or so, so I don't get really stiff. I look like a bow-legged cowboy walking down the hallway...

After doing Low Max for the first time, I decided in another thread the acronym for Cathe workouts should be "dOWms" -- but I love it too!
 
Okay....I am raising my arm now, cause there is no way I am gonna raise it later!! Yes, good ole Gym style chest and triceps....yikes those pushups sure are something!! I felt kinda wimpy today too...haven't done that one in a while so tomorrow raising my poor arms is gonna be tough. And yes, I like the whole pain in the morning thing...we are a strange bunch, huh? I guess it is a good thing, right? Take care all my commrades in pain, Donna.

I'll join you in raising my hand. I did Imax3 blast only followed by GS Legs standing work and today I'm feeling the wonderful DOMS. }(

Later today will the GS Chest & Triceps so I will be feeling those DOMS along with you tomorrow. :)

Aye Aye! I still have it from Imax 3/ME on Tuesday. That was the first day I did ME in its entirety. Then I went and did Gauntlet yesterday w/ Coremax 1. Yeah, I'm sufficiently fried all over. I'm another one who secretly loves and hates the feeling at the same time ;)

Oh, yeah, still major DOMS from Tuesday's Muscle Endurance. Feeling them in, well, is it the pecs? It's at shoulder level, but above the boobies and between the shoulder and collarbones - I know it's from doing flyes.
 
I had DOMS yesterday. Finally gone today, thank God! I did PUB on Tuesday evening and had MAJOR DOMS Wednesday and Thursday. (Hadn't done PUB in ages!) To make matters worse, I was feeling sick yesterday so I couldn't tell if I had body aches and DOMS or if it was just really bad DOMS!:eek:
 
Count me in. Got 'em in my "hiney" from GS Legs/Standing.

i don't today... but i did earlier this week!

why? well... i think it boils down to cathe's kickmax... but i think it started friday or saturday!

fri - cathe's bootcamp

sat - 75 mile bike ride that includec 7,000 feet of hill climbing!

sun - 35 miles bike ride

mon - ding ding ding kick max (this i did to my already tired legs!) (and a 15 mile bike ride after work + coremax segment #3 after the ride)

tuesday - DOMS but did high step challenge (a 20 mile bike ride after work)

wednesday - DOMS still but did low max (only managed 11 miles on the bike after work... legs were fried!)

thursday - both gs upper body workouts (legs felt better.. so did a 30 mile bike ride!)

fri - finally... NO LEG DOMS this morning! woo hoo! did bootcamp!

so.... even though i don't have DOMS with you TODAY... i had them the majority of the week... so i can commisurate with you!!!!

*groan* *grunt* *groan*

Me-me-me-me-me!!! You know I love DOMS! Got it in the ole' shoulders for sure and the chest a few days ago. I guess I like to feel achy all the time cuz I know its working! Time to fire up the gluteus maximus tomorrow! LOL

Like I've said before, if I don't feel like I've been hit by a truck because of DOMS, then I didn't really workout hard enough. We're all pretty sick, huh? Other people (on the outside) wouldn't understand.

I had it in my chest and the funny thing is that I didn't do chest this week, so it had to be KM. The first time I did KM I had DOMS in the upper part of my arm. Everytime I do that work out a different body part gets the DOMS! :) The leg drills didn't have DOMS effect on my legs this last time.

I've been doing a S + H/Gym Style rotation for about 4 weeks. Yesterday I thought I'd switch it up a little and do PUB. My poor chest muscles and triceps are singin' today!

Pray for me, I did MIC this morning and I have Terminator IMAX Extreme on the schedule for tomorrow. Sometimes I wonder why I like to punish myself like this over and over and over....LOL
 
Yeah I had doms from legs and glutes. I too love that pain, it hurts so good :) Hey how is MIC? Can you tell me what all is on that dvd? Also curious about MIS and gym style legs. Thanks and everyone have a good weekend!
