Hello Everyone,

I have the following Cathe workouts:

Bootcamp/Muscle Endurance
Butts and Gutts
Gym Style Legs
Chest and Triceps
Back Shlds Biceps
High Step Circuit
Pyramid U/L
Super Sets/Push Pull
Slow and Heavy
Drill Max
Core Max
Muscle Max

I also have a treadmill and an exercise bike. Would someone toss some rotations my way? I'd welcome any that I receive. My weakest area (in my opinion) is chest. I used to be able to beat out the pushups because I was in the Army, but now I can't do one on my feet...I have to go to knees! x(

Thanks in advance!

Reese - Check out these rotations. There are a ton to choose from, just substitute work on your treadmill and/or exercise bike for some of the step routines that may be in there that you do not have.

You have a lot of the main workouts so should be able to find a rotation that incorporates most of them. Or you can make your own by deciding what you want to do each day and then sub in a routine that fits. Example:

Monday - Lower Body
Tuesday - Cardio
Wednesday - Upper Body
Thursday - Cardio
Friday - Rest
Saturday - Total Body

Good luck! I am currently doing the "Timesaver" rotation - July 07

Yeah...I get soooo confused when I do the step routines! I dont know if anyone else has that trouble, but that's why I've not bought any yet....there's a couple of teeny tiny combos in the warm up of drill max and I just do jumping jacks or something similar during that time because I get all jumbled up!!!x(

Reese - Basic Step followed by Low Impact Step are great introductions to Cathe's step moves. Those give you a good foundation of the moves and she breaks everything down much more than she does in later videos.

Did you have any trouble though? I think my biggest fear is that I'll sprain my ankle or something! I have to admit I'm VERY intimidated. Running probably has similar risks, but it's just plodding one foot in front of the other and occasionally hopping over something! :D It's not fancy foot work like in the step videos, but I will say, several of her videos look like they'd burn more calories than plain running....I will look into the videos you've mentioned though. Thanks for the tip! :)

PS. I checked out your pics - do you raise the snakes and sell them? I thought the ones that wouldn't come out of their eggs were funny! HAHA

Awesome! Thanks so much for taking the time to do this - Im going to keep any responses I get in one folder and work thru each of them! :)
