Ok...

Heres one! Anybody have a favorite Cathe "after workout stretch"? (not including the long stretches on STRETCH MAX) Mine is the stretch at the end of STEP FIT. I LOVE this particular stretch!! It just flows from one muscle to the next so well and in the perfect order. :) This stretch is also a wee bit longer than many of the concluding stretches. That, and the music is great too!! "Don't let the sun go down on me! Although I've searched myself, it's always someone else I see!"...Oooops...Sorry!!! :D :p So I'm wondering if anybody else out there has a favorite Cathe cool-down stretch!!

MIC cool down and stretch comes to mind immediately. It feels soooo good to stretch after all of that hard work. The stretch section is long and the individual stretches held long enough to relax into them. I am always surprised at how quick the cooldown/stretch is in Rhythmic Step, it's such a great workout but the end leaves me a bit flat.

I like the no-equipment-needed stretch in the new stretch DVD (the one that was released with Low Impact Step). It's short enough (maybe about 12 minutes) to tack onto a cardio or weight workout and it really stretches the lower body well.
