Ok you said to ask if we had a question....

When I do CTX upper body, I don't understand how to do one exercise. It's the bent over shrugs. I'm bent over at 45 degrees and I don't know if I should be lifting my shoulders toward my ears or straight up (toward the ceiling)? I thought I heard you (cathe) say it both ways in the workout so I'm confused. Each way feels different than the other. SO... which is the right way? Thanks.

Hi Pam! Sorry if I have confused you. You want to pull your shoulders up in the opposite direction that the weights are pulling down. So if you are slightly bent forward with your weights extended down, contract your shoulder blades so that it causes your weights to raise up (not forward, just up) about 2 to 3 inches. Hope this helps!
