I'm kind of confused re: which DVDs are strength, and which are endurance. I checked the "Ultimate Guide" post but the workouts aren't broken down into those categories.
I have several strength training Cathe videos, like PS, S/H, SS/PP; and I really like HSC (HSCh is on the way!). I'm pretty low-to-middle intermediate as far as her cardio goes, so I don't really own a lot of her cardio only workouts (just KPC, Wedding; Low Max is on the way, too).
So, as I'm trying to create my rotation, I was wondering if it is ok to use HSC/HSCh and PS or S/H on consecutive days? I made the mistake of overtraining in the past - for weeks I felt like I'd been flatted by a steamroller, Looney Toones style! **Definately** want to avoid that again!
