I'm laying in bed last night with my version of sugar plums dancing in my head....I couldnt sleep b/c I was thinking about what new rotation I could come up with using the Body Blast series!! If anyone's remotely interested, the last one to come to mind before I finely dozed of was a one part per day plus a Timesaver cardio. PS Back, then CTX UB Back then cardio, etc. I'm such a dork!
