YIPPEE! I have to stay til 4:30 anyway (again that 2 blocks from work thing), but no mtg tonight so I feel like I'm having a snow day too.

Snow rocks! :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)

Doesn't it feel great? As a teacher I can honestly say that snow days are like stolen moments. I never feel guilty if nothing gets done around the house because I would have been at school anyway.
ETA Enjoy your evening!

I'm a teacher too and feel the same way. Of course, I live down south and it only takes about an inch of precipitation to close us down!

Enjoy your evening Laura!

I'm a teacher, and I have mixed feelings.
While it was nice to have some extra time the last two days when my university was closed (to finish a workshop presentation, which is now done), I already have a tight syllabus, and in one class in particular, it will be hard to get in everything I planned to do. And the university probably won't add two extra days on the end of the semester to make up for 'lost' days.
