I've joined Rhonda on her 12 fitness and nutrition challenge. I've started week one with Power Hour as my weight workout. I haven't done this workout in a few months and boy do I feel it today.
My guads gave my a hearty 'good morning' when I rolled over in bed, my glutes said 'How's it going?' when I sat up in bed. When I reached for the light my shoulders said 'It's about time you got up!', as I got dressed my biceps and triceps said, 'Here, let us help.' and as I looked behind me to back out of my drive my chest said 'Don't forget about me!'. The only area that isn't sore is my back. I had to lighten my barbell because my legs were shaking so bad I didn't have good control on the dead lifts.
All I can say is...life is good.
