OH My God, I just did....

I did CTX Leaner Legs last night...and Oh my......I was only using 5# dumbbells on the start of it but my then end I was with no weights.
My legs are feeling it today.......I thought I was going to to heavier because I thought I can do Cathe....piece of cake......Boy was I wrong.......Maybe next week I can make it thru the whole tape with the 5#ers......Just wanted to share.......:eek:
 
I myself have been ...Oh my ..... after doing CTX Leaner legs. It will get easier with the weights you will see. The first time is the worst time. Body shock.
What an awesome workout! I really love this leg workout. (Actually love all of her workouts and dvd makes them even better).

Tell me about it!!!!! I did it on SUnday and it's scheduled for today again too! But I really like this tape, I don't dread it. Cathe is pretty up beat on it, the pace is very efficient and I think it is so smart of her to have orgainzed it so we have active rest and keep the focus on different leg muscles to keep the workout humming along. There's no time for down time on this tape. Quick and dirty.

I can do it with the weights Cathe uses, but let me tell you, even as you get more proficient and able to increase the weights, it will still get you!! The burn is intense, I have to really grit my teeth to get through the last set of plie squats with low ends. Aaaaaaaaaaargh!!

I rarely scream at the TV set, but this one and the bicep exercises on PUB really make me let rip!

This is a tape that will always be useful to you, you'll never outgrow it.

Try also intermixing it with PS legs where the focus is on strength. That tape will help you to gradually increase the weights. I worked with it a lot last Summer and managed to up the load from 24 pounds on legs to 40 by end of Summer. It's an excellent tape, if longer than LL. Take it slow and at your own body's special pace.

Thank you both for the kind words. My legs are still feeling the pain.
Sore muscles are a good thing though.....

I am having more fun doing Cathe than I ever had with any of the........others......LOL
 
I also LOVE LL, it's a groaner alright! By the time we get to deadlifts, I rejoice. But not for long, though. Then it's time for sit-n-stands and those dreaded split squats/lunges. "Which are worse? Both are!!" In a good way, of course :)
