I did CTX Leaner Legs last night...and Oh my......I was only using 5# dumbbells on the start of it but my then end I was with no weights.
My legs are feeling it today.......I thought I was going to to heavier because I thought I can do Cathe....piece of cake......Boy was I wrong.......Maybe next week I can make it thru the whole tape with the 5#ers......Just wanted to share.......
