October Rotation Wed. 10/26/05

Hey ladies,

Yesterday I did Pilates lowerbody and boy are my hips sore today! that stuff is not easy! today I will MM upperbody only and the bike. Right now I am liking just mixing things up alittle.

Hi Kim! What Pilates workouts do you do? I've never really tried that before. But if you are sore today, it's working!! ;-)

Yesterday was S&H bi/tri/abs and a 50 min. stationary bike ride.
Today is KPC and I like that one but since we just did Cardio Kicks on Monday I am thinking of subbing a treadmill walk/run or some step. Still undecided......I feel like stepping, but want to watch Biggest Loser and like to do that while working out.......WHAT A DILEMA!!!!! :p I better pick something soon, workout time is almost here!!!
I'll check back in when my workout is done.

I did a Kathy Smith Pilates tape from 4 0r 5 years ago. I don't really like doing pilates but I'm trying to kill the boredom. It is something I can't do alot. I am more of Cathe girl.

Yesterday I finally got L&G's and abs from KPC done

Today - premixes off of GS C&T and BSB (I don't have CTX upper body)

I was supposed to do Imax yesterday and skipped it and ME was for today but I opted for Lowmax to work my legs. I actually enjoyed it this time. I usually hate doing Lowmax. So I am done!
Got to get ready for school and work.

Hey Terri! Yes I was off yesterday and did a bunch of stuff around the house. Did you get your dress yet? I'll talk to you after work!

Hello Ladies,

Becky I am like you and not really wanting to do KPC today. If I do it it will be with the legs and glutes premix for an 83 minute workout. I may wind up running though...I will also do s&h back today if I do the run as I like to do weights everyday. I am thinking of sbhits for 30 minutes today too. So as you can see I am UNDECIED too:)

Kali-Hope you have a nice day at work. I know I have aid before but I love lowmax :)
Jane-How are you feeling today?

Hi everyone!

Are we all in the same boat today or what? I pulled out KPC and thought, "I really don't want to do this today!" I put it away and did HSC instead! Nice to do a circuit for a change! I am hoping to get my Cardio Kicks today so I will put that on the list for tomorrow.

Connie and Terri .....And everyone else too, of course~!

I ended up doing 30 min. step (from step and intervals) and 30 min. (3 mile) run. I was happy with that, but just checked tomorrows workout and guess what? It's a 30 minute run!!!!!!! :eek:
Maybe I should have looked at that first???
Now I'll have to make some changes there too, don't like to run two days in a row.

Maybe I should've done a circuit workout too. I haven't done one of those in a while!

Anyway , I'm FINISHED and drinking my *reward* sweet potato smoothie. :9 Then it's off to the showers!

OK Back to say I did S&H back and chest and the premix of legs and glutes. The premix is 83 minutes of good sweating :) I think later I will do the floor work from legs and glutes. If I am home in the evening I like to do some exercise. Beats TV! Wher is everyone today? I know kaliis at work.

I just did MIS. I did it instead of the GS premixes I had planned. I haven't done it in a while.

Hey girls,

Hope everyone has had a good workout day. I planned on doing MM upperbody and bike, but just got home from work and grocery store and still have more running around to do. I have to take dd to dance class and then bring her home and the go to mom's house. I missed going Monday and she will be ill at another cancellation. So right now I am thinking I will take the day off and just workout Sunday instead of rest. Besides, it will give my upperbody a extra day of rest from PUB earlier.

Hi Guys.

That sounds like a plan Kim. Don't overwhelm yourself. I took yesterday off. Don't sweat it.

Tomorrow I'm doing GS Legs since I don't have PS legs and a powerwalk if the weather cooperates which it better. I don't have work till 5:30 tomorrow. Today was a good day until DH got home. What else is new? Oh well. I have my home group meeting tonight so I can get the hec out of here for a while.

Hey girls,

Just got back home from mom's but I didn't think I would make it because a tooth I have needing a root canal flared up. Let me tell you that for a hour I was in pain! But 3 advil took it away. So something told me that working out tonight was not going to happen. But I think I needed this day off now instead of waiting till sunday.


So MM upperbody tomorrow and bike. And Oh boy! PT again!x(
