October Rotation, Tuesday 10/11/05

Hey kali and becky,

Sorry for being so whiny but I had to get it out and then eventually I'm okay. Thanks for your support in my pity time. I guess the stepping was starting to get good to me and I couldn't believe it wouldn't take it today. But I know that it was a bad day for it and I will give it a couple of days.


I will check in later after I do tri/bis. That is if my brother goes home!

Yeah I'm with Kali... tell your brother I must to tri's and bi's... and he'll say what??:+

Kim... you've have come so far from when you were at your lowest point with your injury. You are on the upswing and progressing very well. Do what you can, ride the bike when the stepping just isn't what your foot can tolerate that day. Keep up the lifting. There is a lot of lifting in this rotation so we are right there with you. Now get in those tri's and bi's girl!!!;)

Hey Kali, Becky... I just finished supper and I tried a recipe out of my new Light and Tasty magazine... gingered sweet potato pancakes. Do ya'll take this magazine? I know Becky takes Quick Cooking, I take that one too. 2 pancakes are only 93 calories. YUM.

I also had one of my reynolds wrap recipes called Herbed Fish and vegetables. It is on the Reynolds wrap website under cooking for two/seafood. I use tilapia. Added a salad and I'm full!:)
 
What is everybody doing for their w/o tomorrow? I was thinking of doing the step combos only from IMAX2 since I missed that w/o yesterday due to my run. I need to look at the run times on these, I want at least a solid hour, I may add some step combos only from LowMax just to keep that lower body interested... that is if I can walk tomorrow after doing PLB today... I am getting sore already!

I hadn't even thought about what step workout I was doing yet! Guess I better give it some thought.
Maybe Allstep and then the step from Cardio and Weights??
Hmmmm is there a place we can see all the times for just the step portions? I'm noticing not all the dvd cases tell the times.

I'm hoping to do an hour of step and then some lower body since I didn't get it in today.
Maybe not PLB though, with the way you're talking about being sore already!~:eek:

Ack! Now you got me thinking and I want to pick out my step routine!
I'm gonna go see what I have and see if I am inspired.

Ok, here's a possiblity for me....allstep,(can't find the actual time, but I'm sure it's 30 min. or shorter) then the step section from Body Max (24 minutes)and if I need a little more , I'll add a short section from RS (they are only 11,12, & 14 minutes).
That mixes things up a little, so I shouldn't be bored.
What is everybody else doing for their step workout??
 
Hey girls,

Only managed to do bi's tonight because my brother wants to stay all freaking night! But since tomorrow has cardio for the rotation, I will do some sort of cardio and tri's.


I am still up beat about my foot, I just got disappointed and wallowed in it for a while. Thanks for being here and kicking me in the butt and keeping my thinking in the right direction. And I did manage to get one body part in. Now I have to put the other in tomorrow and pray nothing stops me!


So, how has everyone's night been? Hopefully some of you are up!

Good job Kim! And that's what we're here for. To pick each other up when we're down. You will do just fine tomorrow. :)

I'm thinking RS tomorrow and PLB since I'm off and have time to do it. I think I'll do PLB first. I'd like to get close to an hour of cardio in too Jane. Hope you don't have DOMS too bad tomorrow.
